Our platform serves as an AI personal tutor, examiner, and classroom assistant, adapting to each student's unique learning style and needs. **What We're Looking For**

  • A skilled software engineer to play a defining role in building and ensuring the quality of our products as a core member of Medly's engineering team
  • A collaborative team player who can work directly with founders in a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
  • A technical expert who can define the design and creation of scalable software
  • A problem-solver who can design and develop end-to-end solutions
  • A detail-oriented individual who can write clean, documented, and functional code
  • A quality assurance specialist who can test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • A troubleshooting expert who can troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
  • A technical writer who can write technical documentation
  • A process advocate who can advocate for end-to-end development best practices (e.g., coding, testing, deployment, maintenance)

**Your Skills and Experience**

  • Proven experience as a full-stack developer, ideally working on B2C products
  • A passion for in-office culture, meeting with the team at least 3 days a week in person
  • Proficiency in various tools, open-source technologies, and common stacks
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and tools
  • Experience in developing web-based applications
  • Proficiency in Medly AI's tech stack: React Native, AWS, Python
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud providers and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience working at a large tech company or high-growth startup
