We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Researcher (Associate) to join our Commercial Division in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing capital markets, economics, and occupier insight, commentary, thought leadership, and flash updates for internal and external capital markets stakeholders.

You will work closely with our Head of Capital Markets Research to develop and implement research strategies, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing capital markets analysis and commentary to internal and external stakeholders
  • Direct client engagement and presenting research findings
  • Line managing one Capital Markets Analyst
  • Responding to time-sensitive internal and external requests
  • Prioritizing across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Managing the content for the capital markets portal of the Knight Frank Intelligence Lab

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for commercial property research. If you have a degree in a relevant field and experience in research or analysis, we encourage you to apply.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
