Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Solutions 2 Recruitment. Our client, a successful business based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, is looking for a professional who can drive business growth and development.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role that involves a mix of appointment setting, business development, and face-to-face sales with larger clients and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads using a variety of communication methods, including phone, email, mailshots, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and use this understanding to qualify potential clients against our target market criteria.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs and be motivated to 'hit the ground running' every morning.
  • Utilize Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel, to manage tasks and data.
Requirements
  • Organized, methodical, and self-motivated with the ability to follow a proven process.
  • Professional and confident communicator, particularly on the phone and via email/LinkedIn messaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel.
