An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Rescourcery Group, a high-performing SME based in the UK, as a key member of the finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders to oversee the day-to-day running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including management accounts and financial reports, to ensure accurate and timely information for senior management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the budget process, including detailed cash flow forecasting, to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Financial Reporting: Produce and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations, while implementing cost control measures and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the finance team, providing training and mentorship to ensure the team's growth and success.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
- Proven management accounts experience, including overseeing year-end statutory accounts.
