Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to service users
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations to inform care plans
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and guidance to service users, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A current Pin Number as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive flexible working opportunities, regular coaching and appraisal, expert supervision, and peer support.
