Nurse in Renal Care

Fresenius Medical Care, the leading provider of dialysis services to the NHS, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Taunton Dialysis Unit. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. Our state-of-the-art unit operates 16 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 96 patients, in partnership with Royal Devon & Exeter Trust using only the latest equipment.
About the JobYou will work autonomously, planning nursing care at a ratio of 1:4 patients, supported by Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) on each shift. We offer a comprehensive training programme, including an 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association.
