For the successful Customer Service Director, the company is offering:

The Role - Customer Service Director:

  • Effectively manage a team of Service Quality Executives
  • Train and manage Service Quality Assistants and Representatives
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally
  • Ensure all required administrative tasks are performed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with clients.

What the company is looking for in a Customer Service Director:

  • 3+ years experience in a Service Quality Management role - ESSENTIAL
