We are seeking an Archive Coordinator to join our team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing team, performing sample management tasks, including labeling, receipt, transferring, tracking, inventory, archival, shipping, and disposal of samples and/or materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing sample accession core tasks, including box opening, inventory/labeling, receipt/store, and pulls/returns
  2. Using tracking systems to maintain sample and study integrity
  3. Maintaining storage units
  4. Accurately interpreting protocols and relevant documentation
  5. Documenting and communicating discrepancies to appropriate personnel
  6. Maintaining client and business confidentiality
  7. Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
  8. Supporting process improvement initiatives
  9. Ensuring adherence to company Global/Regional/Local SOP's
  10. Complying with relevant Environmental, Health and Safety at work regulations and Company Policies

Requirements include:

  1. Repetitive motion via samples and computer terminal
  2. Lifting up to 25 kilos/50 pounds on a frequent basis
  3. High volume and high production environment
  4. May work within a cold storage environment

Special factors include:

  1. Weekend and public holiday work may be required
  2. Overtime may be required
