About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul's in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, adhering to menu specifications and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to achieve seamless kitchen operations
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

We offer a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including staff meal allowance, uniform and uniform cleaning, and opportunities for professional growth.
