About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant and unique restaurant group, Six by Nico Oxford. As a company, we are committed to providing a platform for our employees to progress and develop their skills.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety. They will be responsible for running a section during the day-to-day service, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, and ensuring high levels of food safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities

- Run a section during the day-to-day service, alternating sections for personal development
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety
- Be committed to delivering first-class service
- Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
