Job Title: Senior Nurse Practitioner

At Runwood Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Senior Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading by example, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assess and manage medical emergencies, administer prescribed medications, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration and prior experience as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
