A Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics role has become available at Galderma, a leading dermatology company. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Midlands UK region.

Your Role
As Regional Business Manager - Aesthetics, you will lead a team of Account Managers to improve product usage, increase sales, and take market share. You will work with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster relationships and win new business. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a regional sales strategy
- Providing direction, coaching, and support to your team
- Partnering with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify and execute on high-opportunity accounts
- Reporting actual vs. planned performance and making recommendations to drive business growth
- Achieving or exceeding sales and lead KPIs, including call targets and Sales Force Excellence metrics
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Selection Process
The selection process will consist of a virtual conversation with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and 20-minute presentation, and finally a panel conversation with the extended team.
