Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Dietitian to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the development of our Frailty Unit.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to patients with frailty and other complex needs.
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to shape the new unit and frailty strategy.
  • Providing clinical expertise and guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Paediatric Dietitian with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience of working in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
