The Opportunity

Cornell Search is partnering with a leading Venture Capital fund to find a highly skilled Chief of Staff/Founders Associate. The ideal candidate will support the General Partner in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic projects and initiatives to support the fund's growth and development.
  • Lead operational improvements and make data-driven decisions to enhance the fund's performance.
  • Support the Investment team throughout the deal process, from sourcing to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and clients.
  • Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, with a strong track record of driving projects and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of this space.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
