About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Gleeds, a leading global property and construction consultancy. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering award-winning projects around the world.

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for producing and managing prequalification submissions, developing tender strategies, and assisting in accurate technical appraisal and costing of opportunities. You will also be expected to lead client estimating activities and utilize different estimating techniques to develop estimates for validation, benchmarking, or independent analysis.

Our team works on a variety of estimating tasks for clients, whether it's delivering an estimate from first principles as part of a team or parachuting in when projects are in the red to provide expertise and assurance.

We are looking for a Senior Estimator who is experienced in estimating/cost management, with a strong background in the Nuclear/Civil engineering/Engineering sectors. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as a methodical approach to organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
