Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and inviting environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

In addition to your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, you will also possess relevant experience in a premium setting, such as retail, hospitality, or a similar field. A strong educational background, including GCSE level or equivalent, is also essential.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year's relevant customer-facing experience in a premium environment.
  • GCSE level or equivalent education with minimum grade C in Maths and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

While previous switchboard experience would be advantageous, it is not a requirement. However, if you possess 2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in a premium environment, such as retail, restaurant, or hotel, you may find this role particularly appealing. Additionally, previous barista training would be an asset, but not necessary.

What We Offer

We are proud to offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organization.
