Job Description

The Role:

As a Key Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK high street and grocery customers. This includes negotiating individual customer P&L and terms with the Sales Director, conducting regular range reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful range launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of UK high street and grocery customers.
  • Negotiate individual customer P&L and terms with the Sales Director.
  • Conduct regular range reviews to provide data-driven feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful range launches and meet critical deadlines.
  • Participate in product development to support customers in achieving commercial or environmental targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers.

Requirements:

  • A motivated and service-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Detailed oriented, proactive problem solver with a challenger mindset.
  • Proven experience in managing UK grocery and high street retail accounts, including launching products into the UK market.
