Senior Fundraiser - Products

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fundraiser to lead our fundraising products, including our highly successful Letter from Santa campaign. As a key member of our Individual Supporters team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our fundraising products, ensuring we meet our targets and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead the delivery of our Letter from Santa campaign, ensuring it continues to meet its fundraising potential.
  • Manage and develop our existing fundraising products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the NSPCC to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure all supporters have a positive experience with our fundraising products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or similar size business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex numerical data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience of project or product management, preferably in a charity or similar size business.
