Job Title: FLT / Side Loader Operative

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced FLT / Side Loader Operative to join our dynamic team at BSW Timber Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving our manual handling equipment (MHE) to pick, move and load timber, as well as physically picking and sorting timber. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Driving MHE to pick, move and load timber
- Physically picking and sorting timber
- Ensuring Health and Safety rules are always abided to
- Coordinating all relevant paperwork associated with picking
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the factory environment

Requirements:
- FLT / Sideloader licence
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong awareness of Health and Safety
- High levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator
