Overview:

The Senior Payroll Officer role at EA First Compass House requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the organisation's payroll operations. As a key member of the payroll team, you will ensure that all payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll projects, collaborating with the Payroll Manager, and maintaining knowledge of payroll regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues with external providers and developing and maintaining payroll data reports in line with GDPR requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum pro rata, which can be discussed as a day rate alternative. Ideal candidates will hold CIPP certification or be working towards it, with substantial payroll experience and expertise in end-to-end payroll processing.
