Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs, adhering to the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their families within statutory timeframes.
  • Develop comprehensive Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After plans, actively participating in relevant meetings such as Child in Need meetings, Children Looked After meetings, and core group meetings.
  • Implement a range of interventions to effectively engage children, young people, and their families in achieving the objectives outlined in their individual care plans.
  • Cultivate strong and respectful relationships with both families and partner agencies to ensure collaborative and effective support.
