Site Manager Job Description

Anderselite Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our operations team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the site team to ensure the safe management of all operational activities on our joint venture framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
  2. Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team to achieve optimal performance.
  3. Implement cost-conscious management practices to optimize resource utilization.
  4. Develop and maintain realistic scheme programmes to ensure timely completion.
  5. Prepare, review, and update method statements and risk assessments to ensure site safety.
  6. Ensure all "as constructed" records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File.

Requirements:

  1. Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications.
  2. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).
  3. CSCS Site Manager (Min).
  4. First Aid at Work.
  5. Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry.
