We are working with a leading Commercial Property Consultancy based in London to find an experienced Associate Director Property Management to join their growing team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues and organise timely repairs
  • Manage Statutory Health and Safety inspections and ensure compliance
  • Process insurance claims and ensure timely payment of rents
  • Liaise with tenants on ad hoc tenancy matters and internal/external redecoration of common parts
  • Undertake minor works between tenancies and liaise with projects team for larger scale works
  • Meet and greet new tenants at the commencement of their tenancies
  • Develop business development opportunities and win new clients
  • Manage and mentor a team of property professionals
  • Draw up accurate client reports and attend client meetings
  • Serve notices and attend court proceedings as required
