Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Production Quality Checker to join our team at Labour-tech Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

This full-time role involves working on a 12-hour shift pattern, including weekends, with on-site parking and company pension provided.

As a Production Quality Checker, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular product inspections to identify any defects or issues
  • Work closely with the technical team to collect and prepare shelf-life samples
  • Maintain accurate records of all documentation and ensure compliance with site quality procedures
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Shift Team Leader on a regular basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience within a similar role, with training provided as needed
  • Familiarity with working in a warehouse/production environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
