About the Role

This Supply Chain Management Associate position requires a skilled professional with prior experience in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer orders and maintain consistent communication with customers.
  2. Coordinate closely with suppliers to arrange transportation for order execution.
  3. Optimize tank utilization through efficient turnaround practices.
  4. Plan and monitor UK tank driver schedules to maximize earnings potential.
  5. Uphold service levels to meet customer expectations.
  6. Manage equipment usage in alignment with customer, product, and operational needs.
  7. Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new business.
  8. Recharge additional costs promptly.
  9. Coordinate tank cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in tank planning is highly desirable.
  • A background in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Clear, effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, drivers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify issues, recommend solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to seamlessly shift between customer service and operational responsibilities.
