The part you'll play in achieving our transformation will be to ensure we continue to deliver results to the business as we move along the transformation journey. You will be involved in rolling out new processes, training staff on new processes and helpingcreate a culture of Continuous Improvement. This role will also be working alongside other business units to ensure we are delivering the best customer service possible.
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will be to:
- Uphold an environment that puts people's health, wellbeing and safety and engagement at the forefront.
- Embed corporate social responsibility (CSR) into yours and your teams' ways of working.
- Support the development and implementation of a real CI philosophy throughout the Supply Chain, utilising Lean, Six Sigma and all appropriate tools and approaches.
- To embed Lean methodology throughout the supply chain with the principal target of removing waste and improvement in key performance indicators.
- Lead and co-ordinate the Supply Chain projects & initiatives along with wider collaboration with the wider Belron UK management team.
- Work as part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team to translate strategy into improvement activities and operational/tactical plans that will contribute the ongoing development of the Supply Chain business strategy.
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service which exceeds customer service targets for both the external and internal customers.
- Support the optimum use of business assets including property, vehicles, materials and technology.
- Collaborate across Belron UK and International.
- Continuously seek and search for opportunities to share and implement best practice ideas throughout the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- To understand, interpret and review management information reports and act on these accordingly.
- To manage own development in line with business requirements.
- To be prepared to carry out ad hoc activities to support the Senior Management Team, colleagues and wider business network.

- **Scale of the role**
The role is one of support and development as we move to a CI culture, this will involve evaluating new process from a European viewpoint. It will also work along side other functions of the Supply Chain Central operations team as look to improve all ofour services.
