About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Staff to join our team at Ibis Bridgwater. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage service of a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure seamless service
- Actively engage in up-selling strategies to increase revenue
- Converse with guests about beverage offerings, including wine and cocktails
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods, maintaining good food safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in daily briefings and meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals
