Description of the Position

We require a skilled and motivated individual to support our Office Manager with day-to-day activities in a fast-paced law firm setting.

This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, including:

  1. Facilities Operations: Coordinating with the facilities team to guarantee seamless functioning of office facilities, encompassing deliveries and maintenance tasks.
  2. Clerical Duties: Supervising clerical responsibilities like mail sorting, filing, and inventory management.
  3. Reception Services: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding them to relevant staff members.

To excel in this position, you must have at least one year of experience in an administrative role or comparable experience in legal or professional services. Ideal candidates possess flexibility, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills.
