Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of HR and organisational development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate Learning and Development activities across the business
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives using the apprenticeship levy and current training plans
  • Work collaboratively on the introduction of a new approach to regular Training Needs
  • Analysis and monitor the implementation of the training Plan and overall learning & development activity
  • Manage the prioritisation process for training needs and translate these into training plans at both an organisational-wide and local level
Person Specification:
  • Maintenance and development of effective personnel administration and control procedures in order to provide timely and accurate Management information
  • Working closely with line managers, assisting them to understand and implement policies and procedures and employment legislation changes
  • Issuing or updating policies to reflect organisational approach or legislative changes. Liaising with legal advisors where necessary
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation, to include monthly communications, induction training
  • Support and Maintain the Ethical & Sedex audits with the HR Officer & HR Manager
  • Experience within a Manufacturing HR department, FMCG advantageous
  • Excellent Literacy and Numeracy (English/Maths GCE/GCSE 'C' Equivalent)
  • Excellent Word Processing Skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Positive and flexible attitude as the Job Holder will be required to undertake a variety of jobs
