**About this role**: We are seeking a motivated and engaging Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in delivering two large weekly evening discos in Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

**Key responsibilities**:
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to deliver high-quality events that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of event plans, including marketing, logistics, and risk management.


**Requirements**:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience of working with diverse groups and communities.


**What we offer**:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
