We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience working on a wide range of site equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactive and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as carrying out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse. You will also use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on site equipment, including painting and plumbing
- Liaise with contractors if external expertise is required
- Work on day and night shifts to ensure sites are supported around the clock
The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject, as well as relevant experience as a qualified engineer. A proficiency in condition-based monitoring, experience working with print and apply machines, and knowledge of fault-finding and maintaining conveyor or automation systems would be an advantage.
Benefits- A competitive salary of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
