Job Title

Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Bristol. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of our service users
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective
  • Support the local implementation of our Group Nursing Strategy, promoting excellence in patient care and staff development
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
