Job Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled 3D CAD Designer to join CV Screen Ltd in Oxford. The role involves 3D printing and ensuring the highest standards in medical device production.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing and quality processes, contributing to continuous improvements and collaborating with the Engineering and Sales teams to deliver products to hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and printing complex medical devices using FDM, SLA, and Polyjet technologies.
  • Post-processing, finishing, and inspecting 3D-printed outputs to ensure quality.
  • Performing regular maintenance and calibration of 3D printers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in 3D printing technologies, such as FDM, SLA, and Polyjet.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a medical device or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 13485 or 9001.
