Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products to our customers while minimizing costs.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to implement process improvements and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to optimize production processes
  • Conduct data analysis to inform process changes and measure their effectiveness
  • Design and implement experiments to test new production methods and evaluate their impact on efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on production metrics, including yield, cycle time, and material usage
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide training and support on new processes and technologies

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
