The Role

">

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team in Captify UK.

">

In this role, you will be responsible for driving retention and growth of revenue across existing business within the GroupM Pod by delivering exceptional service to your allocated accounts.

">

You will collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to ensure seamless campaign setup and drive long-term growth.

About You

">

You will be highly analytical and possess hands-on experience working on digital advertising campaigns.

  • Ensure best-in-class service across key accounts while balancing profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular face-to-face meetings and post-campaign presentations.
