Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their needs are met while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement care plans that align with company standards and NMC guidelines.
  • Administer medication and treatments according to NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any concerns or issues to relevant authorities.
About You:
  • You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team and delivering person-centred care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and ability to implement them effectively.
