Maris Interiors is seeking a skilled Contractor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of subcontractors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
