Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join our client's team in Plymouth, Devon. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of a high-growth business.

About the Role

The Finance Director will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to streamline financial processes and develop strategies for scaling operations across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial leadership and guidance to the management team and board members.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Group CFO to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in senior finance roles, with expertise in transactions, acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Strong ability to influence, support, and challenge management and board members with professional credibility.
  • Thrive under pressure, excelling in fast-paced environments and turning data into actionable insights.
