About the Role:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design, build, and test HR workflows and reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Environment:

The role is based in Milton Keynes with occasional travel to client sites.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
