Customer Service Professional Sought for Enrolment Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team in Leicester or Oxford as an Enrolment Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring new candidates, providing excellent customer service, and supporting them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor new candidates looking to enrol on pilot training courses
  • Be in contact with suitable candidates via phone and email
  • Direct candidates to the best team or manager based on their requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process
  • Discuss career options with candidates and support them to the next stage
  • Participate in enrolment days at the centre
Requirements:
  • Organised and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good telephone manner and customer service experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Team player with ability to work independently when required

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Ideal candidates will be able to commit to 5 days a week in the office as hybrid working is not an option. A driving license would also be beneficial due to the location of the role.
