We are proud to be working with Heat Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency specialising in FM solutions, who are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join their team. As a National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional results in B2B service-based solution selling.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients across the UK, including elite-level football clubs, universities, and government institutions. You will be expected to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the FM industry, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a car package and an uncapped OTE that can see you earn way more than just the base package.
