About the Role

Hain Daniels Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage and motivate student developers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and distribute workload to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Build relationships with external suppliers and customers to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage departmental budget targets and support achievement of business objectives

Requirements

  • Food-related degree
  • Relevant experience in product development or a similar role
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Good communication and team management skills
