About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including repairs and maintenance, general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, site safety and compliance, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the facilities, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and pupils.
  • Oversee the general housekeeping and grounds maintenance to ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities management function.
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's licence.
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
