About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, including repairs and maintenance, general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, site safety and compliance, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the school's facilities, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for pupils and staff.
  • Oversee general housekeeping, including cleaning and waste management, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure the grounds are well-maintained, including grass cutting, pruning, and other landscaping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the school's fleet, including vehicles and equipment, to ensure they are properly maintained and used efficiently.
  • Assist with special factors, including managing budgets and resources.
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
