Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team in Edinburgh/Glasgow. This role involves advising SME clients on insured benefits, including Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, and employee wellbeing packages.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, develop strong relationships, and provide expert guidance on employee benefits solutions.
  • Oversee the renewal and review process, conducting comprehensive reviews of existing benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your own portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits.
Requirements
  • Previous client service and sales experience within a professional office setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team player.
