  • Prepare communications, contracts, and documents as instructed by senior Fee Earners
  • Process new matters using our case management system
  • Update clients and asset managers on the progress of matters
  • Ensure timely billing of matters at exchange

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a legal or conveyancing environment
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills, with a clear and professional demeanor
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
