This exciting opportunity has arisen for an IAG Adviser to join our team. As an IAG Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering effective labour market-focused careers information, advice, and guidance to customers across prison estates and transition into the community.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • NVQ level 3 or 4 in Advice & Guidance, DipCG, or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of the local labour market, including routes into the labour market and progression routes
  • Knowledge of Matrix and Ofsted standards and their application in a Careers IAG environment
  • Ability to use digital channels and platforms in the delivery of information or advice and guidance
