About the RoleWe are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team in Scrabster, Thurso, on the beautiful coast of Caithness. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting a gentleman with health and learning difficulties to live independently in his own home and work with a tailored care and support plan to meet his individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be energetic and physically active, enjoy the outdoors, and be willing to participate in activities such as swimming, walking, and attending day centers. You will also have the opportunity to spend time with close family members.
Varying shift patterns, including waking nights, hours between 8am-10.30pm, and flexibility to include weekends, are available. You will provide support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication. Previous experience of autism and learning disabilities would be an advantage.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, flexible working hours, and shift patterns.
