As a seasoned professional with a strong background in CQC compliance, you will be responsible for elevating the home's standards to meet the highest expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the home's reputation and maintain CQC compliance.
- Lead a team of caregivers and support staff to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
- Proven experience in elderly dementia care and CQC compliance.
- NVQ L5 or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Nurse qualification and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000.
