About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Ecologist to lead our ecology consultancy services and provide support to pollution emergency response. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering field surveys and reports, managing clients and lines, and tendering for new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ecologists to deliver field survey and reporting services
  • Manage clients and lines, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Tender for new business opportunities, preparing and reviewing technical reports
  • Identify training requirements and ensure team KPIs are met
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience working in Ecology, ideally in an environmental consultancy
  • Educated to degree level in a Biological or Environmental Sciences discipline
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge in hydro-ecology
  • Experience in writing and reviewing technical reports
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body, such as CIEEM
  • A full, clean, UK driving licence
